The combined seal ring adopts a unique sealing material and geometry, which is a polytetrafluoroethylene combined seal ring exerted by an elastomer. The combined seal ring is assembled in a superposition into a compact structure with good performance and can be installed in a single piston groove. Its geometry provides overall stability, wear resistance, good sealing, low friction and long service life without maintenance.
The combined seal ring is developed to solve the heavy duty seal under high pressure and low pressure conditions. Due to the setting of the initial interference, the sealing ring has an oil seal performance at low pressure. The sealing performance is also good when the pressure is increased because the elastomer exerts force on the sealing ring, converting the axial force generated by the system pressure into radial compression. The seal ring is specially designed to protect the seal ring from extrusion and is suitable for various hydraulic cylinder applications.
