The working pressure of the hydraulic system of the main products of domestic construction machinery has reached 16-40MPa, and the seal system is still mainly in the form of rubber and plastic sealing products. The main types are: O-shaped seal (NBR, FKM); crawler chassis with floating oil seal (O-shaped figure ten metal ring); lubrication seal crawler with sealing components (NBR + AU): endoskeleton and exoskeleton rotating oil raw ten (NBR, FKM, ACM, EPDM); combined seal gasket (NBR + metal); hydraulic cylinder piston and piston rod dynamic seal. Seal with coaxial seal assembly (PTFE + NBR); rotary shaft with dynamic hydraulic return oil seal (NBR, FKM, ACM); and the working pressure of 3MPa pressure-resistant rotary oil seal (NBR, FKM); two-way medium rotary oil seal (NBR, FKM), hydraulic O pressure cylinder piston with support ring double-action reciprocating D dynamic seal assembly (NBR + PTFE + POM), etc..

Construction machinery and other medium and high pressure hydraulic industry has introduced a large number of products manufacturing technology, promoting the pace of foreign sealing business into the Chinese seal market. The entry of foreign capital and technology has improved the overall level of China’s sealing industry.
