Installation of hydraulic U-seals for shafts.
1.all to be used on the sealing tool components components and U-shaped seal clean, no dirt.
2.Assemble the seal securely into the piston groove.
3. then put the mandrel on top of the piston rod.
4. Place the seal on the mounting mandrel.
5. gently push the seal into the piston groove with the help of the mandrel, moving steadily and slowly.
6.subsequently remove the mandrel from the piston.
7. Push the sealing tool inwards while aiding the installation, so that the sealing tool completely covers the outside of the U-shaped seal and then remove the tool.
