Installation and use of seals should be noted.
(1) can not be installed in the wrong direction and damage the lip. A scar of 50μm or more on the lip may lead to an obvious oil leak.
(2) Prevent forced installation. The seal must not be hammered in, but pressed into the seating bore with a tool first, then use a simple cylinder to protect the lip through the spline area. Before installation, apply some lubricant to the lip to facilitate installation and to prevent burns during initial operation, paying attention to cleanliness.
(3) Prevent over-use. The use period of the rubber seal of the dynamic seal is generally 3000~5000h, and should be replaced by a new seal in time.
(4) The size of the replacement seal should be consistent. To strictly follow the instructions, use the same size seal, otherwise it can not guarantee the compression degree and other requirements.
(5) Avoid using old seals. When using a new seal, also carefully check its surface quality to determine the absence of small holes, projections, cracks and grooves and other defects and sufficient flexibility before use.
(6) When installing, the hydraulic system should be strictly cleaned first to open all parts, using tools to prevent metal sharp edges will be finger scratches.
(7) When replacing the seal, strictly check the seal groove, dirt, polish the groove bottom.
(8) To prevent damage resulting in oil leakage, the machine must be operated in accordance with the regulations, and at the same time, the machine should not be overloaded for a long time or placed in a relatively harsh environment.
