The BA type piston rod seal is the result of the development of the lip seal. It has the advantages of high elastic O-ring and abrasion resistance of the lip seal material. This special seal is equipped with an O-ring to ensure the precompression of the seal lip under low pressure or vacuum conditions, which is necessary for sealing performance.

Seal force is essentially independent of temperature changes and will ensure the necessary amount of precompression even if some degree of wear occurs.
The lip is loaded due to an increase in system pressure, which is transferred to the lip through a compression deformed O-ring.
When choosing a seal for a particular diameter, it is best to choose the seal with the maximum possible cross-sectional area.
