Wipers FAY dust ring is used to prevent dust, dirt, sand or metal debris from entering the hydraulic cylinder.
Wipers FAY double lip dust rings close the piston rod in the direction of the cylinder block. No special screws or brackets are required for installation, no strict tolerances are required, and no metal inserts are required. The dust ring is a continuous ring and can be easily loaded into the groove. The media-facing seal lip reduces the remaining oil film. Polyurethane adhesive ensures excellent characteristics in dry friction, increases wear resistance, and prolongs service life due to good resistance to ozone and radiation caused by climatic conditions.

Installation
